Return Process

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before requesting a return.

  Contact Support

  If you still feel the fit isn't right, reach out to our sleep experts via email or live chat to begin the return or exchange process.

  Coordinate Removal

  For mattress returns, we will work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the donation receipt or pickup is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
