How long does it take for my mattress to ship?
Most mattresses are custom-made in our USA factory and ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the 120-night sleep trial?
We offer a 120-night trial period to ensure your new mattress is the perfect fit. We require a 30-day break-in period; if you are still not satisfied after that, you can return or exchange it for a full refund.
How does the mattress arrive at my door?
Your mattress is compressed, roll-packed, and delivered in a compact box. This 'bed-in-a-box' method allows for easy maneuvering through hallways and doorways before setup.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?
Our mattresses work on most sturdy surfaces, including platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), box springs, or adjustable bases.
What kind of warranty is included?
Every Brooklyn Bedding mattress comes with a 10-year full replacement warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or significant sagging over 1 inch.
Do you offer financing options?
